Stanovanje d.o.o. is a company based in Split, Croatia whose activities and operations range from renting out holiday homes and villas to up-market tourists through to property development for companies and individual persons investing in Croatia with the aim of being successful in generating an additional annual income from renting out property invested into. Stanovanje is particularly strong in consultancy not only in these areas but also in the setting up of several types of international company structures, supported by a network of experienced experts in all related fields.

The Adriatic coast latter features an abundance of sunny days and a long, warm Summer with an average maximum temperature of 27°C, whereas the winters are short and mild with an average temperature of 12°C.
